Assuming that the file does not belong to the user and that they have read access, what is to stop them from taking a copy of the file which now becomes theirs and changing the permissions so that it can be executed!

#cp helloworld helloworld_mine

#chmod 777 helloworld_mine

#./helloworld_mine
