Setting permission for existing group

hi to all ;

I am getting confused to set OS authentication for DB users.
Already oracle user having all privilege to connect with DB.
I am getting failure to set new user for <anyone>

when issuing following command :

>> what is internal process here >>
PHP Code:
export ORACLE_HOME=/u01/app/oracle/product/10.1.0/db_1
export PATH
=$PATH:$ORACLE_HOME/bin
sqlplus

Regards
