Setting of Tor / Privoxy


Hello!
I'm lost with the setting of Tor / Privoxy.No can change my ip. I Already did several research about subject. Already follow all types of tutorials and nothing of result!
Please, me help!
Note: I use the Google Chromium.

What did you do, what doesn't work?
Which distribution?

Is tor running, any pointers in the log files?
