Setting double click as default action in mandrake 9.1

I using konqueror 3.1.0 on mandrake 9.1. I'm using view mode - detailed list view. I have double click set under Configuration/kde/peripherals/mouse. When I single click on a folder or file, it executes. I would like it to select and double click to execute. How would I do this?

Thanks for any help.

I remember doing it before now that I think of it. It's some command that you type and a configuration wizard pops up.

Read!!! that doesn't help. In Kontrolcenter, you can only change behavior for clicking icons.

The wizard that I'm thinking of, I think, is the same one that auto starts when Mandrake is first installed. Lets you configure KDE. I did a search here and didn't find much. The question was asked here. I also searched my filing system for *config* because I think it was kdeconfig or something like it. I don't think it was there.
