SetEnv TZ Issues

Hey guys,

I have been trying for absolutely ages to change the timezone running on my site.

I have used "SetEnv TZ Europe/London" and many different variations of that code within the .htaccess file but it never changes the time/date within my application.... (WHMCS)

Any ideas guys?

Thanks.
