set dgw on multiple nic virtual machine
 

I am brand new to this whole linux thing. too a class a while ago on Sun Solaris, but forgot it all by now. Anyway...I am running RH Fedora Core 3 on a VMware virtual machine. i have 2 nics loaded, one bridged to my lan, and one bridged to my wireless. since my lan is eth0, the gateway is on that network. i want to use the gateway on on eth1, which is bridges through my wireless. i know i can change it through vmware so that eth0 is linked to the wireless, and thus, uses the right gateway, but i want to become more familiar with linux and want to set eth1 as the default network connection, and have eth0 only as the link to our lan. please be as detailed with your answers as possible, considering i have about 4 hours on linux so far, and 10 years on windows.
