Set default view mode

I have a folder with a lot of files (all my songs) that I use often, and every time I open it, it shows up with all the files as icons. I switch the view mode to detailed view, but every time I open it, it switches back to icon view. How can I set the default to detailed view?

This file is on my Windows C:\ drive, formatted as NTFS, I don't know if this makes a difference or not.

I'm running SuSE Pro 9.0.

With Konqeuror make your view changes to how you like it then go in to Settings and save it as your default file management profile.

ie

view
view mode

make your selection

then

settings
save view profile "file management"

choose to keep the windows size at the bottom of the save box - leave the "file management" name as it is when you save the profile - don't rename it - that becomes the default.

Is there any way I can make those changes specific only to that folder?
