Set background image for Konsole 2???
 

I'm curious if it's possible to set an image as the background for Konsole 2. I've seen it done elsewhere, I think when I was using Slackware or PHLAK.

Are you talking about the Konsole application in KDE? The only software called "Konsole 2" I can find reference to is for Windows. Assuming you are referring to the Konsole application in KDE then try Settings > Configure Konsole... > Scheme. You'll see there's a section there for setting a background image.

Yes I was referring to KDE Konsole 2...however when I enter settings the only options given are for Configuring shortcuts and profile, I've scoured both and have yet to find any background option.

I am only running a 1.2Ghz Via C7-M with VIA Chrome9 Graphics. Could lack of video memory or outdated drivers effect this option - I know it effects the desktop effects in openSuse 11.
