servie iptables not working in fedora 20 running on Virtual Box

I have installes Fedora 20 on a virtual machine in virtual box .Im doing a project on openstack cloud .
For that as I was going through the installation steps
the steps needed to be performed were
service NetworkManager stop
service network start
chkconfig NetworkManager off
chkconfig network on

then the further steps were:
service firewalld stop
service iptables start
chkconfig firewalld off
chkconfig iptables on

all the steps got executed properly but service iptables start showed an error.
The error is:failed to issue method call: Unit iptables.service failed to load:No such file od directory.
Please tell me what i should do!

I think you skipped the step:
Code:
yum install iptables-services
