sendmail/outlook

I am unable to log into my sendmail email account from outlook suddenly. When I configure outlook and run a test for the configuration, I am not able to log into the server. It says check username/password. I know that are bothe correct because I am able to get into Web mail. Could this be a corrupted mail file. And if so how can I fix this. This issue is in FC4. I have looked around and I can't seem to find anything.

Any direction will be appreciated

Try creating another profile or account to test, that Outlook profile comes off as being corrupt most likely.
