sendmail.mc file


if i put dnl in front of Daemon_Options(port=smtp Addr 127.0.0.1, Name=MTA) what does this mean?

It tells sendmail to listen on all available ip addresses not just on the loopback.

dnl mean "Do Not Load" i guess....

I "think" it actually means Delete to NewLine. ie ignore everything until you hit a newline character.

I'm not sure though.
