Sendmail Error?

I am getting this erro when I am tryign to send mail to a user.

Any Idea whats the issue?

Does this error show after a specific action, or randomly?

sendmail is configured to stop receiving/sendmail mail when certain load average is reached. try to check your cpu processes to see what's eating your resources. you can update your sendmail package as well for possible bugs.
use ps command to see your processes.
