Sendmail/Dovecot problem on my http server
 
I have previously submitted a post, then being inexperienced, I replied to the post saying the problem was fixed. I was wrong, but may be getting close. I still need help. Before submitting anything more I need to ask 2 questions; 1. Can I make the post right here or should it be somewhere else? 2. Should I strip out any actual items from the logs I want to enclose and replace them with generic info? (user email, rip, lip)Please note that the log I wish to enclose is only 10 lines max.

This is a fully enabled e-commerce web server that accepts the major credit cards and the email addy I'm trying to get working first is the one that notifies me of settlements as well as the actual sales. I sell DVD instruction videos

Here it is, and my mail queue is where 22 messages are sitting:

After initiating send/receive in outlook 2013 on this one important email account it brings up the network password dialog box (prefilled) and I click OK. Then the following happens:

Log onto incoming mail server (POP3): Your e-mail server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password for this account in Account Settings. The server responded: -ERR Authentication failed.

Send test e-mail message: The operation timed out waiting for a response from the sending (SMTP) server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).

Here are the mail server logs immediately after:
