I figured out my error in sendmail, everytime i do echo "hello there" | mail -s "Message" myemailaddy@somehost.com it wont send me an email.. but if i reload rc.sendmail the mail gets delivered .. does anyone knows how to fix this? when send mail starts, it starts like so...

sendmail -L sm-mta -bd -q25m

any idea.. ( running slackware9.0 )
