Sending CTRL-ALT-DEL to a Windows 2000 box using VNC from Linux

Does anyone know if it's possible to send a CTRL-ALT-DEL to a windows 2000 box from Linux while using VNC?

I've recently installed Red Hat 8.0 and I'm running KDE. I've been having problems with VNC to begin with, but in order to gain access to a login screen to my Windows box, I have to press CTRL-ALT-DEL. I can't do that remotely. Any ideas? Thanks.

F8 brings up the VNC menu under X.
