select an approach to form gmail like system over local area network
 

hello everyone ther....
This is Manish...
i have been assigned a task to form a system like gmail over the local area network of my institution....

i am not able to find the correct approach...

can any one help....

This is not urgent for us, please do not expect priority attention. Also nothing at all to do with networking, moved to linux - newbie.

If you want more help, you should define what 'like gmail' means. What do you want to achieve with this system?
