use gdb to attach it to the program by its PID.

'man gdb'

segmentation fault is a memory allocation problem. One app is invading memory allocated to another - or trying to. If you go to google with the app name and segmentation fault or memory as an argument you may be well on the way to a solution. >man gdb< is the terminal command to list what gdb can do. PID is process ID number if you list all the running programs or processes.

"./crclient you are aldready logged in with the process id 1165" >be off line, log in as root and kill the PID from the CLI. Does that work?

hi pals

ok heres a solution

i use crclient 2 connect 2 da internet....

2 login into da client u need 2 cd 2 to tht crclient directory

then type

./crclient -u username where username is ur username

then it will prompt for password nd server address

to edit the settings....type in
./crclient -s

sometimes ur unable 2 login into the client

in tht case check ur temp directory....it will have a PID file of crclient
just delete it nd try logging in

go to /temp and you will see a crclient.pid file having a process ID written in it. Just delete that file and try logging in.It should work !
