search all the file extension in the system using shell script

i want to make a shell script which search all the file extension present in a system by visiting all the directories.
like if in a folder linux
there are different files named
hello.mp3
heelo.txt
hwed.doc
dsfds.pdf

so the script should get all the file extension present in the folder like mp3 , txt , doc and pdf
