Seamonkey, 'do you wish to work online?'

Howdy All, When I click the 'browse' icon,
I get pop-up window asking if I want to work online.
This just started today. Been messing with Puppy 4.12
a couple days now.
1) How do I get to the profile(?), set it back like it was?
2) Which app.do I need to display a '.pps' in email?
Thanx much for any help.
Sincerely, jeff

start Seamonkey and click file then un-check work offline.
keep to one question per fix. or people in the forum will pass you up sometimes. what is a pps to you.

Hi Drakeo,
Thanx much for reply. So simple a fix, when you know where to look. ;)
'.PPS' is a power-point pres. of some sort. Great for a slide shows.
Puppy doesnt play well with other distros present. Open-Office used to
show .pps. under PCLOS. It now reads, but doesnt display the download.
Havent posted to the Puppy forum as yet.
Best regards, jeff

Well puppy has many parts of it stripped down for old machines so you may actually look into using slackware packages and use your tgz2pet command then install and look for the dependencies.

OT suggestion for Drakeo:
If you would change your "Distribution:" list from
"slackware,pclinux. ,fedora. debian.ubuntu,mandriva,gos2"
to
"slackware, pclinux, fedora, debian, ubuntu, mandriva, gos2"
-- i.e. use the normal English comma & a space to delimit your list,
then it would wrap rather than crowd your posts.
