Hello

How we set the screen saver in linux by the help of linux?

if you have an X Window Manager (GUI) you need to look into its manual. (KDE/Gnome/...)

What kind of GUI you have? What kind of screen saver do you want to use (a simple background image, an app, or ??) What OS you have? If you wont give us some details we cannot give you any hints.

hello sir,
Set default locking screensaver timeout Set default locking screensaver timeout to 10 minutes and ensure CDE configuration files permission are set properly.

This given above is the complete question but i do not know how i can change by the script i am using redhat 5

The most important question is: what kind of GUI you have and you have not replied. Fortunately there is a question you copied and it contains the answer, it is CDE.
