you have to use cron to schedule jobs
Code:
crontab -e
cron entry
Code:
24 3 20 * * /path/of/script-to-run
This will run your script every 20th day of every month at 3:24. You can change 24 & 3 to any time you want.

Google for crontab and you'll get hits explaining how to schedule jobs...also "man crontab" would help.

Hello,

Do a man 5 on crontab --> man 5 crontab. This man page file will give you some examples for what you are looking to do. I hope this helps!
