scanpci sees nic in pci-slot but lspci doesn't

Hi,

i am not able to configure one NIC in a PCI-E Slot because the System (sles10_sp2_64bit) doesn't see see card with lspci or hwinfo. When we use scanpci, we do see the card.
When we boot the System with a Knoppix- or OpenSuse11-LiveCD,then all is fine. The lspci stops at pci bus 0x0040, the scanpci not - Any Ideas?

Regards,
Holger
