Scanner not detected in Redhat 9


Dear Friends,

i have recently installed Redhat linux 9 on my PC. Redhat is not detecting it. So please tell me how to install it in Redhat

9 and which software to use for scanning. the model is MICROTEK SCANMAKER V310.

you can use SANE cause i noticed that model in the supported devices list ..

search for that device on google with "linux drivers" in keywords

search for microtek scanmaker linux driver

i saw many results, you should be able to find something, stuff for redhat showed up too

if it works, be sure to add it to the hardware compatibility list
