Sbc Dsl and Mandrake Linux

Hi, This is my first message. I installed a dual boot with Win Xp and Mandrake Linux 9.2
Then i set up my SBC dsl on my win xp without any trouble. Then i was trying to setup the dsl on linux. The dsl is a ppoe so i put in all the info on the builtin ppoe manager in mandrake linux.

My Modem : Efficient Networks Speedstream 5100
Network Card : CNET PRO200WL FAST ETHERNET

I have no clue what to do so i would appreciate some help if possible.

good luck, been looking for answer for weeks.i'm now looking for a new os. Lindows, or whatever they call it now,had no problem.maybe Debian may work since Lindows is based on debian.

Actually i got it set up. All i had to do is install a piece of software called Rp_pppoe and then put in the required info and now the connection is perfect.
