save network interface settings on debian with kde 3.5
 

hi,
how do I save my interface settings for my network card in debian? (I need to change my netmask) I used ifconfig, but it keeps ressetting at every reboot.
I am using KDE 3.5.

you need to vi /etc/network/interfaces

and config your interfaces there.
