Hello People of Linuxquestions.org.

Please share a link to go through step by step installation and configuration of SAMBA for linux and windows 7 client to connect. Please share documentation link. I use SLES 11

If you don't understand the results you're getting from Google, why would you then understand the results that we would SEND you, that we got from Google??? Put "linux samba windows 7 client" into Google, and read the results. The first two hits (one is even from Samba's wiki), will tell you how to do it.

I was only asking for some guidance thats all and I am trying to search better on the web. Google is not human...you are and that makes the difference for me.

Sorry, but Google returns the same results no matter who searches. We are always happy to help with a specific question...i.e: "I got to step 7 here <link>, and it's giving me this error. Any ideas?", but don't ask people to look things up for you. Show some effort.
