Samba...I think
So I don't really know where to go/what to do here. Basically here is what I'm trying to accomplish:
I have two Linux laptops (openSUSE), Linux Desktop (openSUSE as well) and a Windows Desktop (XP). I would like to have them all networked together, preferablly with some sort of GUI similar to windows' network places or whatever its called. I'd like read/write capabilites for at least the home folders from all the other machines.
I've been googling for HOURS and don't really know what I'm looking for. I've read countless threads on SAMBA, SWAT, NFS and all that good stuff but I haven't really gotten anywhere. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
