Smile Samba configuration question

Folks;
I'm not familiar with Samba.
we have a SUSE box with application that uses Samba.
How can i modify Samba configuration to allow a specific IP or user/group to use the application without authentication?

Thanks in Advance;

Katkota

For a specific IP/IP range, you could use IP tables to allow that range to the Samba port(s), but exclude all others.

But if you're not doing any sort of authentication, how would you differentiate one user/group from another???
