Running xfstt at boot
 

I'm having a problem running xfstt at boot, or more importantly getting xset fp+ unix/:7101 to run.

I put a xfstt script in /etc/rc.d/init.d, and symlinked it accordingly from rc3.d, rc4.d, and rc5.d.

My problem is that at start up, unix/:7101 doesn't get shown in the font path when I issue the command 'xset q'. If I try to manually add to the font path (via xset fp+ unix:/7101) I get an error.


But, if I su and stop and restart xfstt then xset fp+ unix/:7101, I get no problems.

I've tried adding the line
FontPath "unix/:7101"
to my XF86Config-4 file, but that didn't seem to work either.

Any suggestions?

I'm running Drake 8, with X -version 4.1. I'm using the xfs that came with the system, and downloaded xfstt from rpmfind.net.
