running ubuntu11.10 software center fail to work
 

Hi ,
it seems software center has been deactivated. My Os is ubuntu 11.10
I have installed ubuntu-tweak to the system. thou I am not sure that is the issue.
print out from term...

I began with the suggestion by Eliya K.
once opening Synaptic pakage manager to update repositries I recieved a
message that change have been made ande require refreshing,
receiving the folowing error msg:

W: GPG error: http://ppa.launchpad.net oneiric Release: The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 80E7349A06ED541C

I was not able to access the reposotry tab.

:/ what next?
