Running oracle application server 10g applications in firefox for UBUNTU 8.04

Our environment:
Server side: Oracle 10g Application server installed/configured on Windows server 2003 (STD)

Client side: Firefox 3.0 on UBUNTU 8.04

Problem: We are unable to load the applet. Whenever we try to run the said application firefox asks for missing plugin and after so many tries we failed to get it working.

Any help....

Sure, install the applet.

Sorry to be vague, but you don't say what application you're trying to use, or what demands the web page has. Is the applet a flash plugin? Java? Oracle client? There are lots of different plugins for Firefox, kinda hard to guess which one you're missing.
