run smbpasswd return an error message
 
Hi all,
I ran the following command
/etc/samba/smbpasswd and the error message return back is:

./smbpasswd: line 1: jodie:100:AC31F26A739A22DB1486235A2333E4D2:FEA8C7B77A3CBF2574C2034B2B2DEF2E:[U: command not found
./smbpasswd: line 2: root:3:F58D188C077444FCAAD3B435B51404EE:B14C0A75A723B73DDEA9CC7F1FB5B652:[U: command not found

What is the potential problem here and how to fix it.

Hello!

You should run :

Code:
smbpasswd
only, without /etc/samba/
