Route getting deleted when the Linux server is restarted
 
Hi all,

Iam using a Linux server and i have created a Route with a gateway by using -- route add -net <dest> gw <gateway>.but unfortunately when i have restarted the Server the route got deleted Automatically.Could anyone Let me know the Suggestions.

Hi,

That's normal that at each reboot, routing table is deleted.
What you can do is to add your command in a network startup script
