i was installing fedora then it ask me to auto/manual partition. i try auto but it only shows my dev/hda (windows partition). and i have a linux ex2 partition prepared. do i need to put my linux ex2 partition drive to primary for it to show up?

If you have already prepared a Linux partition then you should use manual partitioning and tell the Fedora installer how you want the partitions arranged.
