Root device mounted successfully, but /sbin/init does not exist ...

Hey guys I just installed archlinux yesterday, and after reboot to my hard disk, here is what I got
"Root device mounted successfully, but /sbin/init does not exist ..."
I guess it means that I there is truly no /sbin/init on vmlinux.img because the real init is in /usr/sbin.
Why was that happen? Is there something wrong when I install grub, since I dont think it was not caused by partition

In addition, I just followed arch wiki to install grub by code below.
Code:
pacman -S grub
grub-install --target=i386-pc --recheck /dev/sda
grub-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cfg

Huge shot in the dark here, but can you ln -s the /usr/sbin/init to /sbin/init?

If this does not work, I'm afraid I can't help.

Thanks, it turns out it's the problem that I partited /usr and / seperately.
