RHEL pen drive

Hello All,

I have a RHEL box, I am using a pen drive on it, mounts it to /dev/sda1, what happens if I remove the pendrive without unmounting it, the next time I plug in the pen drive it mounts its to /dev/sdb, is there anyway i can mount it to same /dev/sda.

You should unmount it in order to free the mount point.
