RHEL installation via NFS

I have installed RHEL by way of CD's quite a few times, but I was interested in what is necessary to install it over a network via NFS. I searched TLDP, but came up empty-handed...
Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks so much!

On the second system, create an NFS share for the folder containing the iso images.

Boot using the installation CD-1 or the Rescue CD (assuming RHEL has a rescue CD) and at the prompt enter “linux askmethod”:

boot: linux askmethod

After a few questions, you can specify the installation methods as NFS. Then specify the path to the NFS share and continue with the installation as you normally would.

It's covered somewhere in the RHEL4 installation manual, but I can't put my finger on it at the moment.
