RHEL 6.3, 2.6.32-279.14.1 Kernel problems
 
Sorry all new to Linux.

RHEL updated the Kernel to 2.6.32-279.14 when I reboot it makes it down to Starting Certmonger and just sits there.

I can reboot and enter the menu to boot off the old kernel and it works fine.

How do I troubleshoot this to see what the cause is?

See if it gets you into runlevel 1 then look at 'dmesg' and the log files in /var/log/ for clues?
