From where i can download RHEL 6.1 which stable version of LINUX

Redhat Enterprise Linux versions are licensed, you can only download it from their official website

well you can download rhel6.1 from it's official website you need to register with them, keep one thing in mind that you have to user a corporate email address at the time of registration in order to be able to download from their website, accounts registered with email address create on public mail servers like yahoo, gmail and hotmail etc are not allowed to download the os, if you don't know proper procedure or have slow internet connection check this link

RHEL 6.1 can be downloaded free, but to get software,
a paid account / license is required.
