Can I prepare for RHCE by self-learning and reading books on RHCE? Can I practice labs which are required for RHCE exam on my personal PC? or Is it mandatory to go for RHCE Classes? please guide it will be helpful for me.

This is very similar to the threads you posted LAST YEAR, on the same topic:

http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...cation-796486/
http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...-linux-793315/

You had many links posted to you the last time you asked this. Did you read/follow up on them? What have you done to work towards your goal in the last year, since you FIRSt posted this question?
