RH9 install help needed

Hi all.........

Noob here so please be gentle

Im about to switch to Redhat from Windows and I have struck my first hurdle, while installing RH9, the installer hangs after a few seconds just after it has detected the two HDD's in my system, I suspect it has something to do with the SATA controller (Im not using the sata, just the pata).........

How do I get past this

PS
Asus P4P800 + P4C 2.6 + 2 x 256mb Legend DDR400

Thanx in advance

Is the SATA controler on-board (not a PCI card).

If its a card, pull it out and try again.

Did you check you media during the install?
