So
I am going to make a web server with RH 9 no options to change at this point


what is the easiest way to do this

Do you mean easier that booting of the RH9 CD, taking the defaults, and selecting "Web Server"? I think we need more details...

Mostly setting up the apache part, were do i put the folder with my site in it things like that

May I suggest http://httpd.apache.org/ for the documentation.

And the main configuration file is the httpd.conf file which will be explained in the docs, etc.
