Hey all, I've been trying out MDK 8.2. I think I'm going to revert back to RH7.2 but I do like some of the things MDK does. I have a couple questions on changing RH's interface.

I want to change RH7.2's GNOME setup to MDK's. I dont think it is using Ximian. I've used Ximian but I prefer the layout of the GNOME that MDK uses. Do I need to dl the latest version from gnome.org or what? I want Nautilus and Galleon as well, are those included in the release from gnome.org?

Also, I like the terminal resolution from MDK. How do I go about changing that, do I need to set a different frame buffer?

rh7.2 doesn't come with ximian, so i think u no worries about that. during installation, you can select individual packages. just ensure that nautilus and galeon are checked. if not, no worries, just get the rpms from www.rpmfind.net and install the packages. or slide in your rh cd and rpm those packages in.

alternatively, u can try downloading the tarballs and gunzip, tar, configure and make... but it's a could be a little tougher this way...
