RH 7.1 Partitionless Installation Swap Error

I have just done a partitionless installation of RedHat 7.1 in to a DOS (FAT) partition. When I boot I get a swap error complaining that /initrd/loopfs/rh-swap.img cannot be found.
In Windows the DOS(FAT) partpartition correctly lists the files redhat.img and rh-swap.img.

The fstab file contains the following:

# LOOP1: /dev/hda5 vfat /redhat.img
/dev/loop1 / ext2 defaults 1 1
/dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom iso9660 noauto,owner,ro 0 0
/dev/fd0 /mnt/floppy auto noauto,owner 0 0
none /proc proc defaults 0 0
none /dev/pts devpts gid=5,mode=620 0 0
/initrd/loopfs/rh-swap.img swap swap defaults 0 0

What can I do to correct this error?

Thank you.
