I logged from the Windows XP disk and I could see the second disk through disk managemnt .But it was showing "Unhelathy".But I will not be able to retrive the data.So can Anyone give soln for this.

Thanks

First of all, why are you using Red Hat 7? That distribution is obsolete and unsupported, so you'd be better off installing a newer one.

Secondly, can you clarify what you want to do please? Do you want to access data that is stored on a Linux partition, from Windows?

RH7????? Thats hell of an old version. More than a decade old one. Get something recent. And for retrieving the data, you could mount the windows drives on linux and copy the data. But if the partitions are ntfs, then I suppose RH7 will not mount them. You will need ntfs-3g package and I am not sure if that is available for that old version. You could get a rescue distribution like Parted Magic, boot from it and copy all the data to a secure partition.
