Resuming a download from a different mirror using KGet?

Hello.

This seems like a newbie question, so I posted it here. I am presently downloading SuSE 9.2 LiveCD version from LQ and the mirror I selected seems to be going very slow at times.

How can I resume the download from a different mirror? Is it safe to pause the download and change the URL for the download? Is there a possibility that it will get corrupted?

I am using KGet.

Ive never used kget, and when you look at the output of "kget --help-all" it doesnt say much. I advise you to use wget in the future.

To check if the download has been corrupted, look for a md5 file where you download the file. If these are the same on both servers, its safe to dowload from this mirror as well..

good luck
