Restricting local users from sending external mail (except for one domain)

I have followed some config from sendmail.org/~ca/email/restrict.html and it works fine.
However, my problem is I have one domain (but in different server) that I want my internal/restricted users able to send emails. How can I do this?

I have searched the internet for months now regarding this but no chance of getting it right. I hope you can help me with this. Thanks

I'm no sendmail expert. With postfix, this is done easily via the transport rules.

However, I found the following page:

Under the "access" file section, you get some tips on denying access based on the (internal) domain.
Maybe you can use it to deny access to all domains, except for the one you mentioned.
