Restore

hi! could anyone please help me restore a deleted directory(USR directory) and is there a command that can undo operations that were done in a specific date and time just like the Restore program in Windows OS?
Thanks in advance!

You deleted the whole /usr directory? That puts you in a very bad situation. I would reinstall at this point.
