resetting eth0
 
Hi to all...i have setted my lan card with some parameters but now i need to reset it for connecting on internet by a ethernet modem...how can i do that?
instead, how can i set it for a eth connection?

In general, you can configure your ethernet card with the ifconfig tool (console, type ifconfig --help or man ifconfig for details).
The rest is up to your browser or software settings...

ifconfig is the tool for configuring your card.

It would be helpful if you edit your profile to include your distro information. Many distros come with thier own tools for configuring various hardware and knowing this would help someone give you sensible answers.
