Removing Fedora Core 4 Linux to Install Windows

I have no windows partition on my drive. I want a windows parititon with XP as an OS. I know that I cant just stick the XP disk in the drive because linux changes the MBR. Where can I find Instructions on installing windows into a parition on my drive?

Actually you can just stick XP in the drive, make sure your bios is set to boot to CD first tho..

windows will change the MBR back on reinstall (without asking).
